GC :

FID, TCD and Mass Spectrometry (simple and triple quadrupole, TOF) detectors.  Analysis of pesticides, fatty acid profiles, PolyChloroBiphenyl compounds, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, amino acids and permanent gases (H2, CH4, CO2). Experienced with Agilent systems (HP, Agilent 7890A) and Perkin Elmer systems (Clarus 500-580).

LC :

Conventional HPLC, UHPLC and nano LC (1D and 2D) as reverse phase or HILIC. DAD,  Mass Spectrometry (simple and triple quadrupole, Linear Ion Trap and QTOF) and conductivity detectors. Analysis of pesticides, hydro and lipo soluble vitamines, anions (ion chromatography), peptide complex mixtures (bottom-up protein identifications), hydrophilic chemicals and antibiotics. Experienced with Agilent systems (1100 and 1200), Dionex systems (ICS-3000 + nano Ultimate 3000) and Waters systems (Acquity H-Class and nanoAcquity).
