Responsible of Proteomics and Metabolomics Analyses : projects organization and analysis management with the platform team.
- Headspace-GC-MS (Perkin Elmer): identification and quantification of compounds in various biological samples (methane, ethanol, amino acids, pesticides, fatty acids …).
- UPLC-QTOF (iClass + Vion Waters): known and unknow metabolite screening and quantification using Ion Mobility.
- UHPLC-UV/FLUO : small chemicals detection and quantification for the hospital diagnosis (antibiotics in serum, LCR, urine) and the lab research projects (Short Chain Fatty Acids, insecticides, … in various biological samples).
- nanoUPLC-QTOF-MS (nanoAcquity + Synapt G2Si Waters): identification of proteins in highly complex samples using 2D LC and ion mobility features. LC-MS data treatment with several algorithms: MASCOT 2.4 server (Matrix Science), Peaks DB (BSI) and PLGS (Waters). de novo sequencing of peptides. Enrolled in Research projects in the University of Medecine. Study of Intact Proteins.
- MALDI-TOF-MS (Autoflex/Ultraflex Bruker): Peptide Mass Fingerprinting for the identification of proteins from in-gel digestion. Use of Biotools and Mascot software. Average masses measurements of intact proteins.
Technical expert during calls for tender : PUMA HS-GC-MS, Q-TOF Synapt (Waters quote), Q-TOF Vion.
In charge of the maintenance of all instruments.
Training of students and staff.
In charge of the Chemical Safety in the laboratory.

Technical maintenance of both chromatography systems. Operational Qualification and Performance Validation.
- Responsible for the Security and Quality Management in the company. Drafting and updating of all the procedures and methods. Preparation of detailed estimates and order forms.

- Analysis of small molecules and polymers using MALDI-TOF-MS (Autoflex I Bruker) and ESI QTRAP (Sciex) systems. Data treatment and preparation of analysis reports for clients and researchers.

MS optimisations (SIM and MRM) in order to reach high sensitivity for quantitation of pesticides, PAHs, VOCs. Use of the following systems: GC-MS (Agilent 7890A), GC-MS/MS (Waters Quattro micro GC), GC-TOF (Waters GCT Premier) and LC-MS/MS (Agilent 1200 LC System). Optimisation of selective extraction methods using SPME (Supelco) and SBSE (Twister GERSTEL).
